Located deep within the Underground vally is Shin, a huge labyrinth of ruins dating back to the Illithid Empire. In recent times, the ruins served as a home to a large community of Dark Elves. However, over the decades, many dangerous creatures also took up residence amongst the ruins. Now most of Shin is infested with dangerous creatures. However, a few dozen Dark Elves remain, scavenging the ruins to survive each day. It is the last known location where finding Dark Elves is a certainty.
